These offerings cater to diverse needs across residential, commercial, and industrial applications, manufacturing facilities, or data centres.Job DescriptionOperations Leadership: Lead multi-location manufacturing plants with full P&L responsibility, driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability.SCM & Logistics: Oversee end-to-end supply chain, vendor management, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory optimization.Manufacturing Excellence: Implement lean, Kaizen, TPM, and Industry 4.0 practices for continuous improvement.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and EHS standards across all operations.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, quality, HR, and finance teams to align operations with strategic goals.Technology & Automation: Drive low-cost automation, digital transformation, and process engineering improvements.Customer & Stakeholder Management: Engage with OEMs, utilities, and government bodies to deliver high-quality products and services.Team Development: Build and mentor diverse teams, manage IR, and foster a culture of performance and accountability.P&L Performance: Achieve EBITDA/EBIT targets through cost optimization and revenue growth.Operational Efficiency: Improve OEE, OTD, TAT, and productivity metrics across plants.Quality & Delivery: Maintain zero-defect manufacturing and ensure 100% schedule adherence.SCM Optimization: Enhance inventory turnover, reduce COPQ, and strengthen vendor partnerships.Safety & Compliance: Achieve zero accidents and 100% compliance with statutory/legal requirements.Innovation & Automation: Deploy Industry 4.0 solutions and automation to reduce OPEX.Employee Engagement: Drive diversity, inclusion, and workforce development initiatives.Strategic Alignment: Align operations with AOP, CAPEX/OPEX plans, and organizational strategy.The Successful ApplicantB.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical.
