Job Description

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide IT & digital strategy aligned with business growth and transformation priorities.
  • Lead digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain, leveraging Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, AI/GenAI and analytics.
  • Drive technology modernisation across ERP, MES, SCM, WMS, cloud, infrastructure and enterprise applications.
  • Build a data-driven organisation through enterprise data platforms, advanced analytics, AI-led insights and robust data governance.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, IT governance and business resilience, ensuring secure and scalable technology operations across the enterprise.
  • Partner with the CEO, CXO leadership and business heads to identify technology-led opportunities for operational efficiency, productivity and customer value.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology function, managing strategic technology partners, budgets and large-scale transformation programmes.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strategic technology leader who can connect the IT agenda with business growth, operational excellence and transformation.
  • Brings 20+ years of experience, ideally across automotive, auto components, manufacturing or supply-chain-led businesses.
  • Has a proven track record of large-scale digital transformation, ERP modernisation and Industry 4.0 adoption.
  • Comfortable partnering with the CEO, CXO leadership and Board, with the influence to drive enterprise-wide change.
  • Brings strong expertise across AI/GenAI, data & analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, automation and enterprise architecture.
  • Is a business-oriented CIO, focused not just on technology delivery but on productivity, efficiency, scalability and measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build high-performing teams, manage complex technology ecosystems and lead transformation at scale.
