As the CIO, you will define the group's technology vision and lead digital transformation by integrating AI, GenAI, and Industry 4.0 into a unified cloud and SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will oversee end-to-end IT strategy, cybersecurity, and data governance to drive operational efficiency and future-ready business growth.

Job Description

Strategic Technology Vision: Define and execute a group-wide IT roadmap that aligns technology investments with business growth and long-term competitive advantage.

Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies including AI/GenAI, IoT, and RPA to drive "Smart Factory" automation and operational efficiency.

Enterprise Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of core systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA (including supply chain modules) and Salesforce clouds.

Data & Analytics Strategy: Build a unified data ecosystem and analytical frameworks to foster a data-driven culture and enable real-time predictive insights.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Strengthen the global security posture and ensure strict compliance with international data protection laws (GDPR, DPDPA) and ISO 27001 standards.

Cloud & Infrastructure Governance: Drive a unified cloud operating model across public and private platforms to ensure high scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency.

Omnichannel & UX Excellence: Enhance digital consumer platforms by improving User Experience (UX), SEO performance, and secure coding practices across retail and e-commerce channels.

Operational & Budgetary Oversight: Manage IT capital and operational budgets, vendor relationships, and the maintenance of robust hardware and network infrastructure.

Leadership & People Development: Mentor a high-performing IT team and external contractors, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical skill development.

The Successful Applicant

Educational Background: Degree in B.Tech/B.E (CS IT, ECE) or BCA/MCA.

Professional Experience: 10-20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT management and digital strategy.

Enterprise Systems Expertise: Expert knowledge in managing full-stack enterprise platforms, including ERP (specifically SAP S/4HANA), CRM, HRMS, and Supply Chain Integrated solutions.

Manufacturing & Industrial Automation: Proven track record in driving "Smart Factory" initiatives, Industry 4.0, IoT, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Digital Transformation Leadership: Ability to lead large-scale transformations across Sales, Finance, and Procurement functions using AI, GenAI, and RPA.

Data & Advanced Analytics: Experience building unified data ecosystems, AI/ML pipelines, and governance frameworks to enable a data-driven business culture.

Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Proficiency in managing complex enterprise networking, unified cloud operating models (Public/Private/SaaS), and collaboration tools.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Deep understanding of ISMS, ISO 27001 standards, and global data protection regulations such as GDPR and DPDPA.

Digital Commerce & CX: Technical oversight of e-commerce platforms, Martech, UI/UX design, and SEO strategies to enhance customer engagement and organic growth.
