We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, investment oversight, treasury management, governance, tax planning, and strategic transactions across the Family Office.The role will work closely with the promoters and senior leadership on capital allocation, portfolio management, wealth preservation, and long-term value creation initiatives.

Our client is a well-established family group based in Hyderabad, managing a diversified portfolio of investments and business interests. The Family Office serves as the strategic platform for overseeing investments, treasury operations, governance, and wealth preservation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning, and cash flow management.
  • Establish governance frameworks, financial controls, and management reporting.
  • Manage tax planning, compliance, and financial structuring across multiple entities.
  • Support acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and strategic projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to promoters on financial and investment matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
  • 12+ years of experience across Finance, Treasury, Investments, Family Office, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity.
  • Strong expertise in capital allocation, treasury management, tax planning, and governance.
  • Exposure to family offices, promoter-led organizations, or diversified business groups is preferred.
