Our client is a rapidly growing NBFC in Hyderabad with a diversified lending portfolio across retail and secured lending products. With an expanding footprint and ambitious growth plans, the organization is seeking a seasoned compliance leader to strengthen its regulatory, governance, and risk management framework.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the company's enterprise-wide compliance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, PMLA, KYC/AML, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and drive timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to relevant authorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
  • Significant experience within Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or Governance functions.
  • Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Financial Services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements.
