Job Description

  • Drive the planning and execution of change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address change impacts.
  • Develop communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Train and support staff to adapt to new processes or technologies.
  • Monitor and measure the success of change efforts.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on change-related best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of 8 to 15 years in leading change management projects in technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement practical change strategies.
  • Confidence in training and supporting teams through change.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
