Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management and funding strategies.
  • Work with senior leaders to support business goals.
  • Present financial insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Lead investor relation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in Finance & Accounting, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
  • Experience in the property or real estate development sector.
  • Confidence in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
