The CFO will provide strategic financial planning, analysis, and management to support the growth and success of the organisation and also lead the organisation's IPO readiness, fundraising, financial governance, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a strong finance leader with hands-on IPO experience, investor relations capability, and the ability to scale systems to listed-company standards.

Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead the company's end-to-end IPO process, including DRHP preparation, due diligence, and coordination with bankers, lawyers, and advisors.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure the company maintains a healthy financial position.
  • Supervise the accounting and finance teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.

The Successful Applicant

  • A finance leader with 20+ years of experience and mandatory IPO execution exposure (closed IPO preferred).
  • Strong background in equity fundraising, investor management, and interacting with financial institutions.
  • Solid expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, governance, and listed-company standards.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and consolidation.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to represent the company confidently with investors and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required.
