The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and ensure the company's financial health. Based in Bengaluru, you will work in the industry to keep finances on track and support key business decisions. They will be responsible to get the company listed in 12- 18 months period.
  • Looking for CFOs with less than 20 years of experience only
  • Experience in manuafacturing is mandatory and IPO preferred

  • Lead the company through a successful IPO.
  • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and governance.
  • Drive strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
  • Ensure robust accounting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
  • Lead audits, risk management, and investor readiness.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 14-20 years of experience in manufacturing and project-driven businesses.
  • Strong finance and accounting background.
  • Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams.
