Job Description

  • Partner closely with the CEO to support corporate strategy and long-term growth planning.
  • Drive strategic projects across business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new markets, product adjacencies, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to solve critical business and operational challenges.
  • Support board, shareholder, and investor-related presentations and discussions.
  • Track key business performance metrics and drive strategic reviews with leadership teams.
  • Work closely with functional leaders across operations, finance, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Support value creation initiatives in collaboration with private equity stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), open across sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with experience managing complex business initiatives.
  • Exposure to strategy, transformation, M&A, business planning, or operational improvement programs.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
  • MBA from a premier business school preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
