Our client is a leading NBFC seeking a high-potential finance and strategy professional to work directly with the CEO on business planning, strategic initiatives, performance management, and executive decision-making.

Job Description

  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic planning and business priorities.
  • Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor business performance and track strategic KPIs across functions.
  • Drive management reviews, business insights, and performance reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant preferred; MBA from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO's Office, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Planning, or Consulting.
  • Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Financial Services, or Consulting firms.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
