Job Description

  • Lead financial due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Review and interpret financial data to identify trends and key insights.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to gather relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards in all deliverable.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • CA with 10 + Years of experience
  • Experience with clients in : PE, Industrial, Consumer, TMT .
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in working with financial data and tools.
