Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets for the components division in the automotive industry.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives in Gurgaon and beyond.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed business reports to senior management, outlining progress and future plans.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all operations.

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
