Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead business planning, long-term financial strategy, and capital allocation.
  • Oversea commercial finance.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, risks and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
  • Collaborate with operational/tech teams to optimise costs and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve business goals.
  • Work on improving financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in finance or accounting (CA/CMA/MBA).
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.
  • Confidence in using financial tools and systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
