Job Description

  • Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Drive variance analysis, performance tracking, and financial insights
  • Build and manage management reporting, dashboards, and investor reports
  • Partner with leadership on business decisions, pricing, and growth initiatives
  • Support financial modelling, business cases, and strategic planning
  • Improve reporting processes and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Finance professional should have:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong exposure to P&L management, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Experience in lean, fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership / founders
  • Background: CA / CFA / MBA (Tier-2+), Engineering + MBA preferred
  • Strong skills in Excel, BI tools, and dashboarding
