Job Description

  • Drive KPI improvement across Opcos by leveraging EBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process
  • Own and drive Management team operating cadence and associated action logs to ensure results focus.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence across Opcos and ensure that Sales teams are productive, and able to deliver growth targets as per annual operating plans.
  • Assist the India Management team in the development of a roadmap to drive agility, inculcate a growth mindset, create a culture of innovation, and focus on customer centricity
  • Provide support for strategy building and execution on projects identified to meet annual and strategic goals, working in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
  • Directly provide formal and informal EBS training and coaching. Be a certified practitioner in at least 3 EBS tools such as PSP (Problem Solving Process), VOC (Voice of Customer), and VSM (Value Stream Mapping). Improve EBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in EBS tools
  • Promote and facilitate target associate development in various tools
  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices into
  • Build Sustainability & assist the leadership team with deploying priority improvements (e.g., Organic Growth)

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • BS or BA Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of Continuous improvement/Lean experience (MNC/Consulting)
  • Hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement environment (Kaizen, Lean SixSigma, TPS, etc.), line management or consulting role
  • Must be a self starter with a high degree of energy, and the ability influence, collaborate across boundaries
  • Travel expected upto ~30%
