Job Description

  • Manage and grow key OEM & strategic accounts
  • Lead and develop BD engineering team
  • Drive new business and revenue growth
  • Own sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful BD Manager - EOI should have:

  • Proven experience in business development within the optics, lens, photonics, and advanced manufacturing sector..
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing key OEM / B2B
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
