Job Description

  • Develop and execute real estate strategies to support retail expansion PAN india
  • Manage property acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewals in alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the real estate sector for the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between property strategies and retail goals
  • Oversee property maintenance and compliance with local regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other external partners
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and market trends
  • Ensure cost-effective management of the organization's real estate assets

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the retail and fashion/apparel industry
  • Proficiency in property management and lease negotiations
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proven track record of successful real estate projects in the retail sector
