Job Description

  • Support the implementation and rollout of SAP HANA across India operations.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to understand and localise SAP processes.
  • Gather business requirements and participate in process mapping workshops.
  • Bridge communication between business users and technical implementation teams.
  • Document and optimise SAP-enabled business processes.
  • Support system testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Drive user training and change management initiatives.
  • Develop internal SAP knowledge and support future enhancements.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Logistics, and other business functions.
  • Improve process efficiency, governance, and reporting accuracy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, SAP Functional Analyst, or SAP Key User.
  • Strong understanding of SAP environments, preferably SAP HANA.
  • Exposure to Finance and/or Logistics business processes.
  • Experience participating in ERP or SAP implementation projects.
  • Ability to analyse, document, and improve business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with global teams in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, training, and change management capabilities.
  • Self-driven professional capable of independently managing workstreams and driving outcomes.
