Job Description

Lead the premium portfolio marketing agenda, owning brand strategy, digital-led demand creation, and end-to-end consumer experience. The role focuses on building desirability, exclusivity, and equity for premium brands while driving profitable growth through best‑in‑class digital marketing, superior omnichannel experiences, and precision execution.1.Premium Brand & Portfolio Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end premium portfolio strategy, ensuring clear differentiation, aspirational positioning, and strong brand codes
  • Build and protect long-term brand equity, imagery, and premium credentials across all consumer touchpoints
  • Drive profitable growth through value-led pricing, mix optimization, and premiumization levers
  • Ensure consistency of luxury cues, storytelling, and craftsmanship across markets and channels

2.Digital Marketing & Performance Acceleration

  • Lead digital-first marketing strategy across the premium consumer journey
  • Drive full-funnel digital initiatives spanning:
  • Brand storytelling & content ecosystems
  • Paid media (Search, Social, Video, Display, Marketplaces)
  • Influencer & creator-led premium narratives
  • Understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, engagement quality, and conversion



3.Integrated Brand Communication & Campaigns

  • Lead high-impact 360-degree brand campaigns with digital at the core
  • Develop inspiring communication briefs and partner closely with creative, media, experiential, and digital agencies
  • Ensure campaigns reflect premium aesthetics, emotional storytelling, and cultural relevance
  • Drive strong visibility across digital, selective ATL, experiential, and point-of-experience touchpoints



4.Innovation & Premium Launch Excellence

  • Lead premium innovation and new launches, including white-space and adjacent category opportunities
  • Own launch strategy covering:
  • Positioning & storytelling
  • Digital-first GTM plans
  • Pricing, channel strategy, and pre-positioning
  • Enable customer sell-ins and ensure exceptional in-market execution for premium launches



5.Brand & P&L Ownership

  • Own and manage brand P&L, ensuring a balance between topline growth and margin improvement
  • Drive brand sales, value growth, and volume market share
  • Continuously optimize gross margin through portfolio, pricing, and cost intervention



6.Demand Creation & Go-To-Market Planning

  • Conceptualize and lead the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) at a pan india level
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans aligned with category strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute GTM initiatives seamlessly



7.Consumer, Category & Trend Intelligence

  • Deeply understand premium consumers, evolving aspirations, and lifestyle trends
  • Monitor category, competition, and global premium benchmarks
  • Use insights to shape brand strategy, experience design, digital content, and innovation pipelines



The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, particularly within the FMCG industry.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing (ATL and BTL campaigns)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
  • Experience in managing advertising agencies and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth in the hygiene care segment.
