Job Description

  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and gather insights for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

If you are someone who

- comes with 3-6 years of experience with an engineering background and has a consultative selling approach (selling to CXOs, CHROs, TA Heads, HR leaders, etc.) or someone who has worked BFSI space.To be successful, you'll bring curiosity, resilience, and accountability. You'll enjoy understanding markets and people, thrive in a target-driven environment and take ownership of your development and results.
