Job Description

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze complex technology cost, procurement, and workforce data from clients.
  • Build and maintain benchmarking models using established IT cost frameworks and methodologies.
  • Identify and quantify technology cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, vendors, licensing, cloud, applications, and workforce structures.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that can withstand scrutiny from senior executives and financial stakeholders.
  • Translate large datasets and analysis into concise, C-suite-ready insights and business cases.
  • Conduct research and leverage professional judgment to address information gaps and strengthen recommendations.
  • Enhance benchmarking methodologies, analytical models, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve value creation frameworks and client outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement consulting, cost optimization, benchmarking, or technology spend management.
  • Proven track record of identifying, defending, and delivering cost savings initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of technology cost structures, procurement practices, and financial metrics such as EBITDA, Capex, and Opex.
  • Expertise in industry benchmarking frameworks and cost categorization methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and investment stakeholders.
  • Experience in private equity environments, technology procurement, cloud economics, or benchmarking organizations is advantageous.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable business narratives
