Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Lead and execute board-aligned business development strategies to position the company as a Tier‑1 data center partner.
  • Build and manage high-value C‑suite relationships and strategic alliances across global infrastructure and technology stakeholders.
  • Drive hyperscale partnerships and develop long-term collaborations with cloud providers and infrastructure players.
  • Own revenue growth, order booking targets, and full-cycle commercial governance including pricing and contract execution.
  • Lead market expansion efforts by identifying new opportunities using competitive intelligence and executive-level insights.
  • Align cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end deal execution from pre-sales to project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BD Head - Data Centres should have:

  • Atleast 18+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within infrastructure-heavy industries.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale, hyperscale or enterprise data center deals.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to engage and influence CXOs and board-level stakeholders globally.
  • Possesses deep expertise in data center infrastructure, critical systems, and hyperscale ecosystems
  • Exhibits exceptional commercial acumen with strength in complex negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Combines strategic thinking with inspirational leadership to drive cross-functional teams and growth outcomes
