As a Backup Engineer L3, you'll manage backup systems, ensure data protection, and troubleshoot any issues. This role is based in Hyderabad, Hitech City, Madhapur, (Onsite) and focuses on supporting the technology needs.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain backup systems to ensure data security.
  • Work with Commvault tools to handle backups and recoveries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backup-related issues.
  • Monitor backup performance and optimise processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to support IT infrastructure needs.
  • Document procedures and create reports for backup activities.
  • Provide technical support for backup queries and escalations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience with Commvault tools and backup management.
  • Solid understanding of data protection and recovery processes.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence working in technology roles within the FMCG sector.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team.
