Job Description

  • Manage AWS network activities to keep services available and reliable.
  • Work on enterprise network needs across business systems and services.
  • Monitor network performance and spot issues that affect connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot operational network problems and restore services promptly.
  • Maintain network settings and records for clear operational handovers.
  • Work with technology teams to resolve network-related service requests.
  • Review network changes and help reduce disruption to users.
  • Follow agreed network processes while handling AWS environments.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS networking.
  • Experience working with enterprise network environments.
  • Understanding of operational network support and issue resolution.
  • Ability to monitor network services and identify connectivity problems.
  • Confidence troubleshooting network issues in AWS environments.
  • Knowledge of network configuration and change activities.
