  • Develop bonus and incentive plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and review reward structures.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs.
  • Provide insights and reports on compensation data and trends.
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed.
