Job Description

  • Lead financial controllership including accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and compliance
  • Partner with the CFO and leadership team on strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
  • Drive working capital optimisation, cash flow management, and cost efficiencies
  • Oversee statutory, regulatory, and board-level financial reporting
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives including systems, processes, and automation
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing finance team
  • Act as a key finance spokesperson in cross-functional and leadership forums



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller-ME should have:

  • CA, with 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
  • Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive sectors
  • Proven expertise in controllership, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance
  • Strategic mindset with ability to partner senior leadership and influence decisions
  • Experience working closely with boards, auditors, and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on leader with strong people management and transformation capability
  • Prior exposure to CFO-1 or deputy CFO responsibilities preferred
