Job Description

  • Oversee and improve the talent management framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and recommend development initiatives.
  • Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Management professional should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent management and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements.
