We are seeking an experienced AVP - Technical Operations to lead the technical strategy, asset management, maintenance, and operational excellence of highway infrastructure assets. This leadership position will oversee roads, bridges, and associated infrastructure while driving reliability, compliance, safety, and cost optimization initiatives.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's technical strategy, including maintenance and rehabilitation programs
  • Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for roads and bridge assets
  • Drive asset performance through predictive analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with government bodies, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage resource planning, budgeting, and procurement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, concession, safety, and quality requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, or asset management
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large engineering teams
  • Proven experience across BOT, TOT, HAM, or highway infrastructure projects
  • Strong expertise in highway design, construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to government agencies and contractors
  • Experience with asset management tools, GIS systems, and infrastructure technology platforms is advantageous
