Managing end-to-end procurement activities for wind projects, covering both project procurement and O&M requirements. The role involves WTG package coordination, BoP/EPC procurement, O&M spares and services procurement, vendor engagement, techno-commercial evaluation, contract finalisation support, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
The engagement will focus on assessing and improving existing OT/SCADA architecture, defining best-practice standards, developing technical Employer, Requirements for future EPC/O&M contracts, supporting cybersecurity remediation, and providing specialist technical support to projects and operating assets.
This is a strategic HR deal advisory role responsible for leading workforce transition and people-related workstreams across outsourcing, managed services, business transformation, and M&A initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. The incumbent will partner with business leaders, deal teams, legal stakeholders, and HR leaders to assess workforce risks, conduct HR due diligence, and develop employee transfer and integration strategies. The role requires expertise in employment regulations, employee relations, workforce restructuring, and change management across multiple countries. Additionally, the individual will support commercial deal activities by evaluating workforce costs, liabilities, and retention strategies to enable informed business decisions. Success in this role requires a combination of HR leadership, deal advisory experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, cross-border environments.
This role will work closely with the CEO to support strategic planning, business performance monitoring, and execution of key corporate initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead business analysis, special projects, executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and management reviews while providing critical decision support to senior leadership
