About Our Client

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organization with a strong presence in both APIs and formulations across global markets.

Job Description

  • Drive and grow the P2P Formulations Business Development for the Indian market, including new generic molecule introductions.
  • Build and expand a strong customer portfolio by identifying, engaging, and managing key clients while ensuring long-term relationships and product basket growth.
  • Lead sales strategy execution, market launches, competitive intelligence, and coordination with R&D, IP, Licensing, Production, and Supply Chain teams for successful commercialization.
  • Oversee order execution, inventory planning, audit requirements, and payment collections in collaboration with internal functions.
  • Continuously analyze the domestic formulations market to identify new opportunities, pricing trends, and competitive movements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful API & FF - India BD should have:

API & Formulations Background

  • Preferably experience across both segments
  • Past experience in either API or Formulations is also relevant



India Market Expertise

  • Strong business development experience in the domestic/Indian market
  • 18+ years of relevant experience in the industry
