With strong national scale, the company is focused on driving sustainable growth while strengthening unit economics and institutional governance.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary business finance partner to senior business and functional leaders
  • Lead organisation-wide cost optimisation initiatives aimed at overhead reduction across multiple charters
  • Drive financial discipline through structured cost control programs with a clear path to EBITDA profitability
  • Own revenue and margin forecasting for the e‑commerce business, working closely with sales and delivery teams
  • Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models
  • Evaluate growth initiatives, unit economics, and capital allocation decisions
  • Establish robust performance dashboards, governance frameworks, and review cadences
  • Support CXO-level discussions, board reviews, and enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) - first attempt; rank holders strongly preferred
  • MBA from a Tier‑1 institute (IIM A/B/C strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain (MBB) or Kearney
