Job Description

  • Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Use Blue Prism to design and implement automation workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation processes.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Guide and mentor team members on automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has 8 Years:

  • Experience in RPA development and deployment, preferably with Blue Prism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Knowledge of automation in logistics or shipping freight is a plus.
