Job Description

  • Lead and support end-to-end execution of domestic and cross-border M&A and PE/VC transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents
  • Conduct and manage legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports
  • Advise clients on structuring of transactions, regulatory considerations, and corporate compliance matters
  • Coordinate with clients, counterpart counsels, financial advisors, and internal teams for seamless execution of deals
  • Stay updated with relevant regulatory, corporate, and securities laws



The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Associate/Senior Associate should have:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law school
  • 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal team, specifically in M&A and PE/VC transactions.
