Job Description

  • Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and commercial due diligence to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Support end-to-end transaction execution, including deal sourcing, screening, valuation, and investment recommendation preparation.
  • Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees.
  • Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and support value creation and strategic initiatives post-investment.
  • Assess both financial and impact outcomes of investments, ensuring alignment with the fund's investment strategy and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of pre-MBA experience in investing, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Exposure to sectors such as Deep Tech, Energy, Climate, Financial Services, Impact Investing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated professional with a passion for investing and creating impact.
