Job Description

  • Source proprietary deals through founder and operator networks
  • Lead end-to-end diligence and prepare IC notes
  • Execute transactions and manage documentation
  • Monitor portfolio companies, follow-ons, and exits

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years experience in VC, PE, family office, or founder's office
  • Strong ownership mindset and investment judgement
  • Ability to independently drive deals end-to-end
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • High accountability, low ego, execution-focused
