The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate/Senior Associate should have:

  • A strong academic background from IIT or BITS Pilani (Must have)
  • Technically fluent with excellent pedigree: You're tech-savvy, well-versed in emerging technology trends, and bring a strong academic or professional foundation.
  • Endlessly curious: You have a deep, instinctive curiosity about people, technology, and how impactful companies are built from scratch.
  • A natural connector and communicator: You're articulate, persuasive, and love building meaningful relationships with ambitious, high-potential individuals.
  • A fascination with early-stage startups and human potential. Someone who thrives at the intersection of venture capital, talent scouting, and mentorship
