Job Description

  • Draft and review contracts and agreements. TSR, Tutle deeds, Land, Due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, litigation
  • Handle legal disputes and provide advice.
  • Work with external legal advisors when needed.
  • Maintain updated records of legal documents.
  • Support the business in managing risks.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business law.
  • Good drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience
