Job Description

  • Evaluate private equity secondary investment opportunities.
  • Build financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Conduct commercial, financial, and fund-level due diligence.
  • Analyze portfolio companies, industries, and market trends.
  • Support transaction execution and investment recommendations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare investment materials.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, GP-led/LP-led Secondaries, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 Institute.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset, including three-statement models and LBO analysis.
  • Experience evaluating private companies and investment opportunities.
  • Ability to independently conduct industry, company, and fund-level research.
  • Strong understanding of private equity funds, transactions, and investment processes.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and investment presentation capabilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to challenge assumptions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
