Job Description

  1. Credit Assessment & Underwriting- Independently assess unsecured business loan proposals (₹50L-₹2Cr) for early to growth-stage startups.
  2. Deal Structuring & Risk Evaluation- Track portfolio behavior to identify early risk indicators and provide inputs for policy refinement
  3. Team Leadership
  4. Stakeholder Management
  5. Process Improvement & Automation

The Successful Applicant

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA (Finance)
  2. 7-12 years of strong underwriting experience in unsecured business loans or startup/MSME lending
  3. Sound understanding of startup financials, digital business models, and early stage traction indicators
  4. In-depth understanding of financial statements analysis
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage founders and internal stakeholders
  6. Strong team management experience
  7. Proficient in Excel and familiar with AI/ML-driven underwriting or analytical tools
