Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support change management efforts.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8-12 years of background in HR practices within the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in the cosmetics or toiletries industry.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
