Job Description

  • 5 - 7+ years in product management,
  • Strong background in consumer internet, edtech, fintech, gaming, marketplace, SaaS, or other high-scale B2C products.
  • The incumbent will report to Head Product
  • Proven track record owning product strategy, roadmaps, teams, and business metrics at scale.
  • Strong grasp of AI-led product opportunities - personalization, recommendation systems, conversational AI, automation, evaluation, or content intelligence.
  • Experience monetizing digital products via subscriptions, freemium, add-ons, bundles, or lifecycle-led upsell.
  • Strong analytical ability - fluent with funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, CAC, conversion, engagement, and experimentation.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without relying on authority alone.
  • Strong product craft - user research, problem discovery, PRDs, prioritization, UX thinking, experimentation, and metric design.
  • Experience building or managing AI/ML products is highly preferred. Edtech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Uses AI actively in their own workflow and expects the product team to become AI-native.
  • Balances long-term product vision with short-term business urgency
  • Communicates with clarity - able to simplify complex product and business problems for leadership.
