Job Description

  • Plan experiential marketing activities that bring brand campaigns to life.
  • Work with agency partners to deliver events and customer experiences.
  • Prepare activity plans, timelines and checklists for each campaign.
  • Track event delivery and resolve practical issues on site.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to align experiences with campaign goals.
  • Manage event materials and brand visibility across activities.
  • Collect feedback after each activity and share clear learnings.
  • Maintain campaign records and provide regular status updates.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience planning and delivering experiential marketing activities.
  • Confidence working with marketing and agency teams.
  • Ability to manage event plans, timelines and on-ground details.
  • Experience handling vendors and event-related requirements.
  • Good understanding of brand activation and customer engagement.
  • Ability to track activities and share clear updates.
