  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional strategies to increase store traffic.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management in the store.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines within the store.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to deliver a shopping experience.
  • Monitor store performance and provide reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Store Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Experience in the Retail industry, preferably within the Optical sector.
  • Strong and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
