  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations applicable in Ghaziabad and other locations.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and implement strategic HR projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President of Human Resources should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR leadership within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
