Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes for the APAC region within the manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to drive business performance in Gurgaon and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Prepare detailed financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC FP&A Head - Manufacturing should have:

  • Advanced qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
