Job Description

  • Drive commercial growth across APAC distribution markets, with focus on revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in tender and private markets.
  • Partner closely with distributors to plan, execute, and deliver in-market performance targets.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with partners, including KPIs and growth milestones.
  • Evaluate and optimize the distributor network, including onboarding, training, or consolidation.
  • Lead long-term planning for assigned markets/clusters, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Generate and leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategy.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, launch readiness, and successful product execution with partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (portfolio, finance, operations) to align and accelerate market execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Commercial Head should have:

  • A strong educational background in business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in pharma B2B/distributor-led markets
  • Strong track record in driving APAC revenue growth
  • Ability to manage & influence distributor partners
  • Skilled in commercial strategy & market expansion
  • Strong market intelligence & competitive insight capability
  • Effective in cross-functional collaboration & execution
