Job Description

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI manufacturing solutions.
  • Translate operational challenges into actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, and readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, quality, and plant teams.
  • Lead deployment, adoption, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or digital manufacturing.
  • Product Owner/Product Manager experience in AI, analytics, or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of GMP/GxP and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
