Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and automation solutions for business and advisory use cases.
  • Build and optimize LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering frameworks, and scalable AI pipelines.
  • Leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to convert consulting methodologies into production-ready AI solutions.
  • Support data pipeline development, model evaluation, governance, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI solution architecture, knowledge sharing, and innovation programs.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related technical disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications, AI agents, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and/or JavaScript with experience using modern AI development tools.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, N8N, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of data engineering principles, model evaluation techniques, and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
