We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, NLP, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows. The role involves building scalable AI applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready intelligent systems.

Our client is a leading technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative digital transformation and enterprise solutions to global customers

Job Description

  • 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong expertise in NLP and Generative AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, semantic search solutions, and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working with cloud AI platforms and services across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including model deployment and inference pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps practices, API development, and AI governance/security best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from development through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to design scalable AI architectures leveraging cloud-native AI services and modern AI frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to solve complex enterprise problems.
  • Self-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
